I LOVE MY LIFE.

I feel like I need to express how grateful I am for ALL of the blessings I have received lately. FIRST of all. This semester is going to be the BEST yet. Honestly there is not a class that I don't like, don't have friends in, have a teacher that isn't going to be an important person in my life, and SO much more. I have gotten rid of many things in my life that were dragging me down and I am sooo relieved. =) Second of all, I have figured out what I will be doing for my career, I am lining up all my internships and working on my resume. I am going to be an athletic physical trainer, working with collegiate volleyball, football, and basketball teams. Third of all, I am getting ENGAGED. hahaha JUST KIDDING. But dating is SO much fun. I never thought I could have so much fun with so many different guys.. I am definitely on the right track.. Fourth of all i'm healthy! Health can either bring you up or drag you down and I am definitely in the time of my life where I feel like I can just run forever and I have energy and strength to get through volleyball, and everyday tasks. Fifth there is a bus route that runs RIGHT by my house up to campus. I can just hear the sound of the money I am going to be saving on gas. =) yay for GOOOD DAYS and being happy!

2 0 1 0 [twenty.ten] A new beginning of new adventures..

HAPPY 2010!! I started the new year of right.. with my best friend Hattie [Heather] and NO boys. My weekend started by going out to Orem and having Hattie do my hair, getting my nails done, and finding the cutest, best eyebrow stylist ever, [Kara Lynn] and after all that I was ready to ring in the new year. We went out with Hatties roomate Crosby and their friend Shaun. I had so much fun we danced alll night. We fell asleep as soon as we got back to Hatties apartment in her little TWIN BED haha but we both slept like babies! In the morning I went with Hattie to her grandparents cabin to go snowmobiling. It was SO much fun! We made our rounds with sledding too with her sister, husband, and neices and nephews. Hattie almost lost a tooth from hitting the back of my head, but we made it out of the day alive haha. Couldnt ask for a better start to a wonderful year ahead of me !!

2009 rewind part 1

I decided that it would be a good idea to briefly go over some of the main events that happened in 2009 for me. I didn't start my blog until November so I want to recap what happened in the months before. I cant believe how fast 2009 came and went, I hope to slow this new year down and live one day at a time and treasure things NOW instead of waiting to really treasure them later. I loved 2009 and the wonderful memories that I know I will take from this past year to treasure forever.

.January.

Whitney transferred from Sacramento State to Utah State to play volleyball with me! I was so excited that she made this decision, she has been so much happier in Logan with our coaching staff and being able to contribute her amazing talents! I cant wait for her to recover fully from her injury and play again!!



Can't forget the memorable birthday dinner at Tucanos for Shane.. hahaha.. funniest night ever, nobody was able to all be there at once.. but we made it work. =)

.My Amazing Summer.


So this summer was one of a kind. I was able to move back home for a couple months and be with my Sister (in law) Jenn and my adorable nephews Jackson & Josh before they moved to the East Coast for Parker's job. Being home this summer was one of the best experinces of my life and one that I will always hold close to my heart. I was able to spend time with my beautiful baby sister Tegan and become really close to her. My mom and I also shared time together that I miss and am so excited to come home to be around her wonderful spirit. Even though the boys (Dad Parker and Shug) were out working most of the time I love having them around when I do to watch by example. They work so hard and they sacrifice so much of their time in order to bring home the bread. While all us girls get to relax and bond.. they are off doing the manly things they do. =) Here are some memorable pics from my summer.

Mom, Tegan and I got to go with Dad to Vegas while he had classes and had so much fun. We stayed at the Mirage and got to see the Cirque Du Soleil Show "The Beatles". It was A M A Z I N G!!

2009 rewind part 2

For my parents anniversary we went up to Flaming Gorge and rafted the Green River! Jenn had to stay home of course because she was too close to Tyce's due date we didnt want her going into labor on the rapids!! Haha.

And of course. THE FAMOUS WOODEN CHARLOTTE. YES I JUST NAMED HER JENN. CHARLOTTE. Jenn and I loved to watch Charlotte's outfits change from holiday to holiday. She never failed to give us a good laugh on the way to the gym.


Then another perfect angel of a nephew came into my life on July 31st 2009. Tyce Parker Morrill.



On a different note, my beloved Grandma Bliss passed away this summer on August 2nd. She was the most amazing lady I have ever known. I can't believe how strong and happy she stayed for so long. I will forever miss the way she would smile at me at first seeing me in the day and ask, "hows my sweetheart." She always, always made me feel loved and she always had her good sense of humor with her. "Excuse me miss, do you have access to the drinks?" I want to be just like her, hardworking and selfless in every way. I was blessed to have have spent some summer days with her while I was home.


Well that about sums up my summer of 2009, with school and volleyball following in the fall, now its time for Winter!

The ending of fall semester for Christmas break was sooo exciting to everyone in Logan.. except me. Sheldon and I had become really close friends, spending nearly everyday with each other, and this was the last time I would see him because he would be transferring to New York to play football next semester. I'm so glad I was able to spend the time I did with him, he made me a better person and made my bad days good ones. He supported me in volleyball and came to almost all my games, that kid is for sure one of my favorite people that I have ever met.

Every year we (as in mom and jackie) try to organize a service project for us to do while we are in Salt Lake for our weekend. This year we delivered food for the food bank. SO WONDERFUL.

This Christmas is one to remember, especially as I cried my eyes out saying goodbye to Parker Jenn Jackson Josh Jackson Tyce and Jackson. =( I cant wait to be with them again in May! For a whole month! Because ONE summer with them obviously isnt enough!! I LOVE MY FAMILY!
